ENTRY FEES AND REFUNDS
$135 Flat Fee per Athlete (1 event or all) No fee for coaches.
Entry fees must be paid by check. 1 check per club payable to USAG

Full refund request deadline is March 29th Any refund requests after March 29th will be a maximum of $100 and be subject to approval by the Meet Director and must have complete refund documentation provided.
ENTRY INSTRUCTIONS
Only entries using the USA Gymnastics online registration will be accepted.
There will be 2 Sanctions available. I per region.
Region 1:
Oregon, Washington, Idaho, Utah, Colorado
Region 2:
California, Arizona, Nevada
Payment and Entry are due on Friday March 29, 2024
Payments must be postmarked by March 29th or entry will be considered late and will be required to pay a late entry fee.
LATE ENTRIES
Late entries are subject to approval by the Meet Director and the entry fee will be doubled.
New athlete added to meet: $270.00
Previously registered athlete adding additional discipline: $50.00

INCOMPLETE OR INCORRECT ENTRIES
Corrections to entries after the March 29th entry deadline will cost $25 per correction. Corrections made on or After May 13th will be $50 per change.
Corrections made before March 29th, Please use the online registration system to modify your reservation.
Clubs with a balance will not be issued credentials.

FINALS
Finals will be held for Levels 10-Elite. Region 1 and 2 will be combined for Finals.
All athletes will be awarded by Region at the conclusion of the qualification round.
SYNCHRONIZED TRAMPOLINE FORMAT
We will host a Synchronized Trampoline session for levels 9 through Elite. No Finals.
JUDGES
Request to judge form coming soon
RULES
Rules from the current Developmental Program Code of Points and Elite Code of Points will be used. All age groups are based on the age of the competitor on December 31, 2024.
COACHES & OFFICIALS
Coaches, judges and officials who have an active USAG Coach or Judge Membership will be issued credentials. (No Pending memberships – all aspects of the membership must be complete).
AWARDS
Custom Region 1 & 2 Championships medals will be awarded at the end of each flight to every competitor. The top 3 athletes in each division will receive awards at the conclusion of each session.
TRAMPOLINE SPOTTERS
Current USA Gymnastics professional members or age and physical size appropriate current athlete members. One spotter is required at each corner, if a throw mat is not utilized. If a throw mat is utilized, one additional spotter must be on the same side that the mat is used.

Competition cards will be due at the end of each team’s scheduled training session on Thursday. Competition cards will be considered late if received later than the assigned training session end time.
TRAINING GROUPS
Training groups will be available after registration deadline.
TEAM AWARDS
Team Awards will be given out to the First Place Team with both regions combined. Divisions will be:
Level 5-7 All Events
Level 8-Open All Events
Level Elite All Events
All Levels All Events Combined
