ENTRY FEES AND REFUNDS
$150 Flat Fee per Athlete (1 event or all)
Entry fees must be paid by check. 1 check per club payable to USAG

Full refund request deadline is March 6th Any refund requests after March 6th will be a maximum of $100 and be subject to approval by the Meet Director and must have complete refund documentation provided.
ENTRY INSTRUCTIONS
Only entries using the USA Gymnastics online registration will be accepted.
Region 2:
California, Arizona, Nevada, Hawaii
Payment and Entry are due on Friday March 6, 2026
Payments must be postmarked by March 6th or entry will be considered late and will be required to pay a late payment fee.
LATE ENTRIES
Late entries are subject to approval by the Meet Director and the entry fee will be doubled.
New athlete added to meet: $300.00
Previously registered athlete adding additional discipline: $50.00
LATE PAYMENTS
Payments Postmarked after March 6th will incur a late payment of $100 per week, to be assessed every Monday.
INCOMPLETE OR INCORRECT ENTRIES
Corrections to entries after the March 6th entry deadline will cost $25 per correction. Corrections made on or After April 22nd will be $50 per change.
Corrections made before March 6th, Please use the online registration system to modify your reservation.
Clubs with a balance will not be issued credentials.
JUDGES
Request to judge form coming soon
RULES
Rules from the current Developmental Program Code of Points and Elite Code of Points will be used. All age groups are based on the age of the competitor on December 31, 2026.
COACHES & OFFICIALS
Coaches, judges and officials who have an active USAG Coach or Judge Membership will be issued credentials. (No Pending memberships – all aspects of the membership must be complete).
TRAMPOLINE SPOTTERS
Current USA Gymnastics professional members or age and physical size appropriate current athlete members. One spotter is required at each corner, if a throw mat is not utilized. If a throw mat is utilized, one additional spotter must be on the same side that the mat is used.
